1. Overview

Salesnap is a software platform that enables restaurants and merchants to receive and manage orders via WhatsApp. It allows easy communication between merchants and customers through automated systems, menus, and payment integration. By using Salesnap, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Commission Model

Salesnap operates on a zero-commission model. We do not take any percentage or fee from your sales revenue. Merchants keep 100% of what they earn.

3. Responsibility Disclaimer

Salesnap is a software provider only and is not involved in the sale, preparation, delivery, or quality assurance of any product or food item.
Salesnap holds no responsibility for:

  • Delays in delivery

  • Incorrect orders

  • Food quality, safety, or hygiene

  • Product quantity or pricing errors

  • Any disputes between merchant and customer

All issues related to products must be resolved directly between the restaurant and customer.

4. Subscription & Payment
  • Salesnap is a subscription-based service. Merchants are required to pay the agreed subscription fee to access and continue using the platform.

  • Subscription payments are due at the start of the billing cycle.

  • Salesnap reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any merchant account if payment is not received on time.

  • No refunds are provided for partial use or mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Merchant Responsibilities
  • Merchants are responsible for ensuring their menus, pricing, order handling, and contact details are accurate and up to date.

  • It is the merchant’s duty to comply with any local laws, food safety standards, or e-commerce regulations.

6. Payment Gateways

Salesnap integrates with 15+ trusted payment gateways (e.g., MyFatoorah, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). The responsibility for payment disputes, failed transactions, and refunds lies between the merchant and the respective gateway provider.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Salesnap reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently deactivate any merchant account due to non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

  • Refuse future access to the platform if a merchant violates platform policies or misuses services.

8. Data Privacy

Salesnap respects your privacy. We do not sell or share customer or merchant data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and used only for service improvement and internal analysis.

9. Modification of Terms

Salesnap may update these terms at any time. Merchants will be notified of changes via email or in-platform announcements. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
